Anhua dark tea, a specialty of Anhua County, Yiyang City, Hunan Province, is a product of China’s National Geographical Indication. Anhua dark tea is one of the six basic teas and belongs to post-fermented tea.

Brewing suggestion:
ā Anhua dark tea should not exceed 12 grams per day, and avoid drinking tea on an empty stomach, preferably one hour after a meal. And prohibit drinking strong tea.
