Oolong Tea

     The color of the soup is honey green or honey yellow, with a unique aroma of flowers and fruits, with a mellow taste and a long aftertaste.

     Neutral tea is between warm and cool. Oolong tea contains more than 450 kinds of organic chemical components and more than 40 kinds of inorganic mineral elements.

       Refreshing, diuretic, anti-inflammatory, weight loss and bodybuilding, anti-cancer, lowering blood fat, anti-aging and other effects.

   Anxi Tieguanyin, Wuyi Rock Tea (Dahongpao, Cinnamon, Narcissus)

     Sealed, moisture-proof, and odor-proof (refrigerated at 5~10°C is better)

     Sealed storage for 18-24 months, generally 6-12 months after opening the bag.

   ①The water temperature of oolong tea is very important, the water temperature of oolong tea should be controlled between 90 – 100 degrees.
   ②Under normal circumstances, oolong tea should not exceed 10 grams per day, and avoid drinking tea on an empty stomach, preferably one hour after a meal.
   ③It is best to use a Kungfu tea set when brewing oolong tea.
   ④Patients with insomnia should drink less, especially before going to bed.
