Brewing suggestion:
① To brew a good cup of Huangshan Maofeng tea, the water temperature should not be too hot or too low. The suitable water temperature is around 85°C. The tea soup brewed with such water temperature is emerald green, fragrant and mellow.
② Under normal circumstances, green tea should not exceed 10 grams per day, and avoid drinking tea on an empty stomach, preferably one hour after a meal.And prohibit drinking strong tea.
③ Patients with insomnia should drink less, especially before going to bed.
④ It is best to use a glass for brewing.
