Biluochun is a traditional Chinese tea, one of the top ten famous teas in China, belonging to the green tea category, with a history of more than 1,000 years. Brewing suggestion:
① Never use boiling water at 100°C, because Biluochun tea is unfermented tea, so the tea itself is very tender. Brewing with too hot water will scald the tea leaves, and the taste will be bitter.
② Under normal circumstances, green tea should not exceed 10 grams per day, and avoid drinking tea on an empty stomach, preferably one hour after a meal.And prohibit drinking strong tea.
③ Patients with insomnia should drink less, especially before going to bed.
