The Golden Buds Green Tea belong to the family Theaceae and the genus Camellia. Jinya is a new variety of light-sensitive, yellow-varied green tea. It is known as the “giant panda in tea” because of its scarcity, difficulty in cultivation, and high cost of management and maintenance.
Water temperature for making tea:
75-80 ℃ / 167-176 ℉
Brewing suggestion:
① The water temperature should not be too hot, the suitable water temperature is around 80°C.
② Under normal circumstances, green tea should not exceed 10 grams per day. Avoid drinking tea on an empty stomach, preferably one hour after meals. And prohibit drinking strong tea.
③ Patients with insomnia should drink less, especially before going to bed.
④ It is best to use a glass for brewing.
