Shipping Cost

Air shipping for orders less than 10 kg (22 lbs).

For more than 10 kilograms of orders, due to the influence of shipping factors, please contact us to quote separately.

 
 

Shipping Method & Time Limit

By default, we will use China Post’s international parcel with a tracking code to send your order. Generally, Asia: 5-12 working days  /  United States: 9-15 working days  /  Other areas: 5-20 working days .
For some regions, we can do it through international express delivery such as DHL USPS. The details are subject to the logistics method provided on the checkout page.
 

1. Postage throughout the UK (i.e., postage to the UK mainland and its affiliated islands), and no postage to the overseas territories and offshore islands of the UK (such as the British Indian Ocean Territory, British Virgin Islands, Guernsey and Jersey, etc.) .

2. The whole United States, excluding remote areas such as Alaska and Hawaii, and overseas addresses such as Puerto Rico and Guam; APO/FPO military addresses.

3. The affiliated islands of European countries do not provide delivery services.

4. Due to the current global situation and the instability of the shipping industry, Transportation time may be extended.

 

Tracking Packages

All shipping methods have tracking numbers. After the package arrives at the international express company, we will send the tracking number to your Email, so that you can know the progress of the logistics in real time. Because it is an international express, the logistics tracking information of the general express company will be delayed for a few days, please be patient.
You can not only track the progress of the logistics in our system but also use other tools for tracking.
In some special cases, we reserve the right to divide the goods into multiple packages and send them to the same address.
 
 

Customs & Duties

Customer is responsible for payment of duties，If customs clearance fails, we promise a refund.
 
 

Delivery Time

Regular orders: We will process and ship within 48 hours after receiving your payment.
Wholesale orders: please quote us separately！We will process and ship within 3 days after receiving your payment.
All orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from our fulfillment center.
